In this new spinoff of the massively popular series, Iruma is a desperately poor but always upbeat young boy raised in a harsh city slum. One day, he gives his very last loaf of bread to an injured old man and cares for the stranger back to health—only to discover that the elderly gentleman is actually Don Sullivan, head of the Babyl Mafia! Shortly after, Don Sullivan returns, sweeps Iruma away, and pleads with the boy to become his grandson. Just like that, Iruma starts his new life as the heir to a gigantic gang of—believe it or not—demonic mafiosos!
