Strange things can happen in an all female general hospital, and the author gives you absolutely no warning before she hits you with them. There is no set story format either - 4-komas, 6 pgs gags, 22 pgs episodes, and even a 3 partner doctor-patient story that plays on the tender side of readers' hearts.
