22XX. A world where only the chosen ones are allowed to live in a city with umbrellas. Ahn, a resident outside the city, runs a cafe with his sickly son and lives a difficult life in extreme weather. Then one day, he finds out that his ID and health insurance, which he had prepared to cure his son's illness and start a new life, have been canceled. In order to restore the cancellation, he contacts a terrorist organization and heads to the Third City. After successfully completing his sniping mission to assassinate the target, Ahn meets Senator Enraque Giltare, a representative figure of the city for a certain minority and a government spokesman. The two, who seem to have no connection, had a brief encounter eight years ago, and the memory of that still lingers in Ahn's mind. However, the black hand of a terrorist organization reaches out to Ahn, who is trying to prepare a new future for his young son... *Note: Includes two extra chapters.*
