The mysterious Mel suddenly appears in a tranquil village, where she participates in an auction and wins a cottage full of local history. This throws a wrench in Adam?s plans; he intended to win the cottage for his friends. There?s no way such a gorgeous woman would make her home in a rural village. She?ll want to get rid of the cottage soon enough. When he gets close to Mel to get a feel for her situation, he sees that she?s not at all what he thought: she?s a humble, honest woman. Adam feels strongly drawn to Mel, but for his own reasons, he can?t be upfront with her. And it seems Mel has a secret, too...
