概要
霧島郁也は、王寺耕二が執筆したライトノベル『High☆Speed!』の第2巻で初登場する中学1年生である。彼は水泳部部長の霧島夏也の弟として描かれている。容姿は、緑がかった髪色、オレンジ色の瞳、そして長い黒いまつ毛が特徴的だ。また、岩浜水泳部の仲間である里見寧とは幼馴染の関係にある。
