概要
Toori is the head of the Supreme Federation at Musashi Ariadust Academy and serves as the student council president. Though his athletic prowess and academic grades are merely average, and he is widely acknowledged by himself and others as an incompetent leader, he commands significant respect. This esteem stems from his incredibly cheerful disposition, as he seemingly lacks any understanding of depression. He frequently plays the fool and is known for knowing a great deal of strip jokes.
