あらすじ

Kirari Tsukishima is a fourteen-year-old beauty whose thoughts are consumed entirely by food rather than idols or the entertainment industry. Her gluttony leaves her completely oblivious to matters of the heart. One day, after rescuing a turtle stranded in a tree, Kirari encounters Seiji, a handsome and gentle boy. To thank her for saving his pet, he gifts her a ticket to a concert by SHIPS, a famous idol group. When Kirari rushes to the venue, she runs into another boy who tears up her ticket and warns her to stay away from Seiji, claiming they inhabit different worlds. Furious, Kirari sneaks into the concert and discovers that both Seiji and the ticket-destroying boy, Hiroto, are actually members of SHIPS. Realizing the true meaning of "different worlds"—that Seiji is a celebrated idol while she is just an ordinary middle school student—Kirari refuses to give up. Driven by her determination to be with Seiji, she declares her own ambition to become an idol.
