Mari Amachi, faithful Christian, begins attending Perfect Religion Academy, a school designed to train future religious leaders from multiple faiths. When the Black Buddha cult kidnaps her friend Saori—seeking to destroy religious freedom through intimidation and brainwashing—Mari prays for direction. Unexpectedly, it is Buddha who answers, bestowing upon her the abilities of Butt Attack Punisher Girl Gautaman.
