Saitou, Hisashi

Saitou Hisashi was born February 15, 1969 in Hiwasa, Tokushima Prefecture, Japan. He is an animator, character designer, animation director and anime director. He started out at the now defunct Studio Fantasia, which he later left, and is now apart of the free animator group "Studio Herakuresu". He mainly works with studios Sunrise, TMS Entertainment, and Anime International Company.
