"Bocchan, Komarimasu!" tells the story of Toru, a high school boy with the appearance of a beautiful young girl, the son of a wealthy family, and Nanami, a beautiful, handsome woman who works as his bodyguard. Toru is a feminine boy but has the personality of an old man, and gazes at Nanami's beautiful body, saying, "She has a sexy body, it's the best, ooohhh," but his love is genuine and he hopes to marry her someday. However, Nanami, the bodyguard, does not approve of her having personal feelings for Toru, and despite being attracted to him, she suppresses her feelings and works hard at her job. The story depicts the relationship between Toru, who sends him passionate love calls, and Nanami, who has complicated feelings about him.
