A love story about the doomed romance between an ordinary girl, Michi Sakihara, and a young man, Sanshiro, to whom she is engaged. <br><br> Michi Sakihara, a 16-year-old high school student, is nearly run over by a car when she is rescued by a young man, Sanshiro, dressed in an anachronistic costume.
