The president of a company developing self-driving algorithms is held captive in his self-driving car by a mysterious man. The assailant, calling himself Mukarraf, demands that the Shuto Expressway on which the car is traveling be closed off, threatening to detonate a bomb planted inside the car if the request is not met. What is this man's aim?
