Younger brother of Kobayashi. Quieter of the two and more like a follower instead of a leader. During Ichigo's second day on his new school, Kobayashi and Shigeji tried to fight against Ichigo but got interrupted by Sayaka. Later on fought against Hayato together with his brother.
