El nombre del personaje: Pazu. Pazu actúa como investigador dentro de la Sección 9. Antes de su reclutamiento por la Sección 9 de Seguridad Pública, circulaba ampliamente entre los círculos policiales el rumor de que había sido un gánster afiliado a varios grupos yakuza en Japón. Dentro de la unidad, Pazu es conocido por su hábito de fumar en cadena. Durante su encuentro inicial con el Mayor, hizo la notable afirmación: «Nunca duermo con la misma mujer dos veces». En situaciones de combate, utiliza un cuchillo plegable.
