Pam Mahan is a Tipharean teenager who has not yet had her brain replaced with a brain bio-chip. She is a close friend of Nola Defarge. Pam survived the Tipharean civil war after Desty Nova publicly revealed the existence of the bio-chips, but was separated from her C.C.M., Marge. Pam and Nola briefly came into conflict over the former's surviving attachment to Marge, but eventually reconciled.
