In the 26th century, humanity encounters a humanoid species living on the distant planet GO/7498/2. These beings, with dark skin and golden eyes, appear to live a simple and carefree existence. But a scouting party from Earth discovers a shocking reality: they have a symbiotic bond with vicious reptilian parasites. The presence of the Earth scientists endangers this delicate ecological balance.

The extraterrestrial conqueror Goa intends to take over Earth. Created by the wizard Earth alongside his human-sized wife Mol, they are dispatched to protect the planet from Goa. Befriending Atsushi and Mamoru, Magma is emotionally moved by the boy, as he yearns for a child with Mol. Consequently, Earth fashions a duplicate of Mamoru named Gam. Earth gives Mamoru a whistle that allows him to summon Gam, Mol, and Magma during emergencies. Thus, whenever Goa unleashes his various daikaiju, Magma, Mol, and Gam are poised to come to the rescue.

A 1993 sports OVA adapted from Kazuhiro Kiuchi's soccer manga, it follows gifted player Goro Kumagaya, who misses his chance at the elite Yokohama Minami High School and instead lands at the far weaker Kawasaki High. Despite the school's poor soccer program, Goro and his teammates turn their setbacks into growth, pushing to compete against stronger schools.

Sanpei decides to take part, hoping to finally see his mother, who he believes has been working in that city for as long as he can remember. The problem is Sanpei isn't much of a swimmer, so he slips away to a nearby lake to train without anyone knowing. A powerful current pulls him under, and he drowns—but instead of dying, he wakes up in the magical world of the Kappa. From there, Sanpei's adventure unfolds. He becomes friends with a Kappa child named Gartaro, and little by little he discovers where his mother truly is and what really happened to his missing father.

Arcana, in the middle of honing magical abilities, pays a visit to Keroppi. Keroppi's companions are amazed by Arcana's wizardry, but later that night, the birthday present intended for Kerorinu vanishes. Who swiped the gift?
