Usagi Tsukino is an ordinary student who often fails her exams and is known for being a klutz and a crybaby. Her everyday life takes an unexpected turn when she rescues a cat marked with a crescent moon on its forehead from peril. The feline, named Luna, soon reveals that their encounter was no coincidence: Usagi is fated to become Sailor Moon, a guardian of the planets entrusted with protecting Earth. Equipped with a special brooch that enables her to transform, she must wield her newfound abilities to defend the city against evil monsters that drain energy, dispatched by the malevolent Queen Beryl of the Dark Kingdom. However, mastering her powers and confronting villains are not her only challenges. She must locate the lost princess of the Moon Kingdom, assemble the other Sailor Guardians, and retrieve the Legendary Silver Crystal to avert the planet's annihilation.

During a lesson about clouds, Nobita asks his teacher where heaven is located, only to be laughed at by his classmates. Determined to prove that a heavenly place exists among the clouds, he searches for evidence but is told by Doraemon that such a place cannot exist scientifically. Disappointed, Nobita eventually gets Doraemon's help to create their own kingdom in the clouds. Unbeknownst to them, there are creatures who have been living on clouds for a long time.

In "Mama is Just a Fourth Grade Pupil," fourth-grader Natsumi Mizuki is placed under the care of her aunt Izumi while her parents are away in London. Izumi, a manga writer trying to make it big, is frequently too busy to pay attention, which only makes things harder when a baby named Mirai mysteriously appears on Natsumi's first night alone. Mirai turns out to be Natsumi's own child from fifteen years in the future. With Mirai having traveled back in time, Natsumi must balance raising the baby with keeping up with schoolwork and hiding Mirai's existence from everyone else. With occasional help from Izumi and a few futuristic baby-care gadgets, Natsumi manages this strange situation.

Scattered across the globe, these machines lie dormant in the form of "Brave Stones." Standing against them is Lord Oh-Boss, an invader seeking to drain the planet's energy, supported by his minions. It falls to Da-Garn and the other brave robots to halt his scheme and protect the world from ruin.

As the nation sinks into an unending cycle of wars with no end in sight, the groundwork is laid for the events of the following films.

High school student Ruri gets caught up in a conflict concerning the destiny of the Pulsean Moon after Princess Leila dispatches assassins to eliminate her. Ruri's boyfriend, Toru, is injured while shielding her, forcing her to abandon the real world and travel to the Pulsean Moon in order to save him. This story is adapted from the manga serialized in Omajinai Comic by Mito Orihara, who also composed the theme song.

This compilation of three stories focuses on the various allies of Anpanman. In the first story, Baikinman captures Anpanman along with other characters and locks them up inside his dangerous amusement park, the Baikin-dome. It is up to the young Aka-chanman to save them. The second story takes place in a Wild West setting, where Baikinman and his Kabi Gang are stealing food supplies from trains. SLman, a steam engine, and Currypanman step up to deliver an important cargo, but will they succeed against Baikinman's gang? The final segment depicts Anpanman and his friends building homemade vehicles for a group trip. Each newcomer adds their own theme song to the mix, creating a medley of Anpanman tunes.

The story centers on Officer Black Cat patrolling the forest town, catching lawbreakers, dispensing justice, and cracking mysteries.
