Emilie-Claire Barlow is a Canadian jazz singer and seiyuu who launched her career at the age of seven by providing voices for television and radio jingles. Her extensive voice acting portfolio includes roles in 6Teen, Rescue Heroes, Dragon Warrior (anime), Martin Mystery, and Total Drama Island, where she voiced the character Courtney, whom she cites as her favorite role to date. Additionally, she is well known for her work on the Sailor Moon franchise, portraying Sailor Mars in episodes 66 through 82 of the Sailor Moon R season, as well as taking on the role of Sailor Venus throughout the Sailor Moon S and Sailor Moon Super S seasons.
