Tokoro George is the stage name of Haga Takayuki (芳賀隆之), a Japanese entertainer who works as a singer-songwriter, comedian, Master of Ceremonies, and essayist. Born in Tokorozawa, Saitama, he was a student in the Commercial Science class at Takushoku University. In 1990, he produced the animated comedy OVA titled Tonari no Tokoro.
