Ackah Bernard is a German-born, Ivorian martial artist and comedian who resides in Japan. Known for his expertise in taekwondo, kickboxing, and mixed martial arts, he was born in Germany before relocating to Japan at the age of two. During his middle and high school years, Ackah trained in judo. In 1998, he traveled to South Korea, where he spent three years studying taekwondo at the prestigious Yonsei University.
