Parker Simmons is an American animator, voice actor, writer, and producer. He is best known as the creator of the Cartoon Network animated series Mao Mao: Heroes of Pure Heart. In addition to creating the show, Simmons provided the voices for several key characters, including the title role of Mao Mao, as well as King Snugglemagne, Farmer Bun, Ratarang, Slim Pigguns, and others.
