Sandy Rojas is widely recognized by her YouTube persona, ThePopushi. Born and raised in Iowa, she creates covers and parodies for her channel. Long aspiring to become a seiyuu, she auditioned for Perfect Idol 2014, an online voice acting competition hosted by Bang Zoom! Entertainment and Starchild Records. Rojas finished as the runner-up in this competition, which led to her first professional voice acting role as Mana in the English dub of Miss Monochrome: The Animation. Following this breakthrough, she relocated to California to pursue her career as a voice actress. Beyond voice acting, Rojas remains highly active in the League of Legends community. She streams the game alongside friends and fans, as well as other titles, on the platform Twitch.tv.
