Personal Information
Yoshioka Kiyoe was born in Shizuoka before relocating to Atsugi, Kanagawa, at the age of five. Her early education included primary school at City Minami Mouri Atsugi and high school at Ebina in Kanagawa Prefecture. She later completed her higher education at Showa University College of Music.
