Born in Fujisawa, Japan, Setona Mizushiro is a Libra with blood type A. Her initial foray into manga creation began in 1985 through the publication of a doujinshi, a path she followed until her professional debut in April 1993. She launched her career with the short story "Fuyu ga Owarou Toshieta," which was serialized in Shogakukan's Puchi Comic magazine. Beyond her work as a mangaka, Mizushiro is known for her fondness of chocolate, her two cats named Jam and Nene, and an appreciation for round, sparkly objects.
