Saho Aono is a freelance singer hailing from Hyogo Prefecture, Japan, currently managed by Avex. Her official website is https://aono-saho.com. Her career began after entering the Avex-sponsored "Kiratto ☆ Entertainment Challenge Contest 2007," where she secured a special prize in the model category and subsequently commenced vocal and dance training at the Avex Artist Academy. In 2012, she achieved championship status in the amateur kids category of the Apollo Theater's "Stars of Tomorrow" competition. By April 2015, Aono became a regular fixture on Fuji TV's "Wednesday Song Festival" as a member of the "Wednesday Singers." That same year, in July, she debuted with a limited-edition EP titled "INTRODUCTION," featuring five tracks. Later in September, she was cast in her first starring role for the "Hyogo Performing Arts Center Project Nyx co-production Shuji Terayama 80th Anniversary Beauty Music Drama." In 2017, she was further selected to portray the heroine Mimi in a production of "RENT."
