Personal Information
Frédéric Toutlemonde was born in 1978 in Lilas, a suburb of Paris. He graduated from Paris Diderot University with a degree in Japanese language and culture. After first visiting Japan in 1999, he relocated to the country in 2003. He currently serves at the French embassy while overseeing the Euro Manga magazine and leading the executive committee for the Foreign Comic Festival in Tokyo.
