Personal Information
Roland Parliament served as the voice director for the DiC English adaptation of the popular magical girl anime Sailor Moon. In addition to his directing duties, he provided the voice for Melvin Butler, the geeky foil to the main characters, known as Gurio Umino in the original Japanese version. Parliament performed this role in both the DiC and Cloverway dubs of the series.
