Simu Liu is a Canadian actor and stuntman originally from Harbin, China. He gained widespread recognition for his portrayal of Shang-Chi in the 2021 Marvel Cinematic Universe film Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. Additionally, Liu appeared as Jung Kim in the CBC Television sitcom Kim's Convenience. His performance in Blood and Water earned him nominations for both the ACTRA Awards and the Canadian Screen Awards.
