Daruma Matsuura is a female original creator from Yokohama, Japan. Although she initially pursued art studies at a university, she left before graduating to work as an assistant to Azusa Kunihiro. Her debut work, Kasane, was published after she won the Evening newcomer prize twice. Among her current team of assistants is Kobayashi Doumu.
