Arisa Noto, born on December 26, 1988, in Chiba, Japan, is a multifaceted artist known professionally by her nickname Nocchi. Standing at 153 cm with blood type AB, she enjoys karaoke, stamp collecting, drawing, and baking cakes. Her specialties include calligraphy, which she pursues under the pen name Kanon, and she is known for her affinity for Gundam discussions. Her favorite foods are fried shrimp and dishes cooked undone, while she avoids white-bodied fish and walleye pollack. She dislikes waking up early and cleaning her room, often preferring to stay inside her personal space. Noto has two younger brothers and counts Kaede Oose, Erina Aoki, Miki Korenaga, and Yuuka Maeda as close friends. Her career began in the entertainment industry prior to joining Hello! Project. In 2003, she appeared in the NHK drama Yumemiru budoo ~Hon wo yomu onna~. Before her official debut with Hello! Project, she released a photobook titled Watermelon on November 10, 2002, alongside three other girls, and a VHS release, Kureyon Vol.3 Noto Arisa 13sai. In June 2004, she passed auditions and joined Hello! Pro Egg as part of a group of thirty-three new members. During her time with the agency, she served as a reserve player for Gatas Brillantes H.P. and participated in the 2006 Gyao online drama Doutoku joshi tandai Eco-ken. She also took part in the summer 2006 musical Yume to utsutsu to maboroshi to ~Hyaku enno sai~ and competed in the kickbase scoreboard for the 3 ball event at the March 2006 H!P Sports Festival. On September 23, during the Shinjin Kouen September ~Yokohama JUMP~ concert, it was announced that Noto would graduate from Hello! Project to become an Up-Front Egg, though she continued her activities with Ongaku Gatas. She later appeared in the 2008 event HAPPY! STYLE Communication Circuit 001. In 2011, she left Up-Front Agency to be managed by Style Cube. She remained with Style Cube until December 31, 2018, after which she became a freelancer. Throughout her career, she has cited Ishikawa Rika as an idol she looks up to and is recognized as a member of the group StylipS.
