Born on July 13, 1963, Mizuno Ryou is a Japanese author and game designer known for his contributions to both dramatic and humorous genres. He is the creator behind notable works such as Record of Lodoss War, Rune Soldier, the Sword World RPG, and Starship Operators. Additionally, he contributed to the Galaxy Angel manga and recently collaborated with Tri-Ace and Square Enix on the action-RPG Infinite Undiscovery. Mizuno was also one of the founding members of Group SNE.
