Born Hikari Chiba on September 18, 1973, in Osaka Prefecture, Japan, Tachibana Hikari is a seiyuu currently signed with Arts Vision. She formerly performed under the stage name Katou Hikari. Among her most prominent roles are the voices of Princess Zelda and Tetra in the video game The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. Her anime credits include a minor role appearing in two episodes of InuYasha. Tachibana has also lent her voice to numerous other video games, including Tokimeki Memorial 2, Power Stone and its sequel, Street Fighter EX, Grandia, La Pucelle: Tactics, and Persona 2.
