Cynthia de Pando is a Mexican seiyuu and broadcaster who previously served as the official voice for Mexico City radio stations 88.9 Noticias and Alfa Radio 91.3. In the field of dubbing, she is perhaps best recognized for voicing Bailey Pickett in Zack & Cody: Twins on the Bounty. Following a decade-long retirement from dubbing that began in 2011, she made a comeback in 2021 by returning to the role of Katherine Heigl in the Canadian film Fear of Rain. Now based in Vancouver, Canada, de Pando performs original English voice work for animation and video games while continuing to dub various projects. Her broadcasting career includes serving as the official voice of MTVLA from 2010 to 2019. Additionally, she has hosted the children's program on Channel 5 since 2014 and has been the main host of BitMe since 2019. Between 2008 and 2011, she provided the recurring voice for Debby Ryan in Disney productions. She is married to translator César Alarcón.
