Junichi Kagaya was a Japanese actor and seiyuu who spent his career affiliated with Tokyo Geijutsuza and Production M3, remaining with Kiraboshi until his passing. Born in Akita Prefecture, he completed his secondary education at the commercial department of Akita Prefectural Odate Houmei High School. Standing at 173 cm and weighing 60 kg, Kagaya passed away in March 2003.
