Personal Information
Yoon Mi-Kyung, also known by the spellings Yun Mi-Kyung, MiKyung, or Mi Kyung, graduated with a major in Animation from Mokwon University. Her career began to gain recognition in 2003 when she won the Silver Medal at Seoul Media Group's "Shin-in-gong-mo-jeon" (New Artist Debut Competition) for her work Na-eu Ji-gu Bang-moon-gi (The Journey of My Earth Visit). The following year, she received the "Shin-in-sang" (Best New Artist) award from the Dokja-manhwa-daesang organization for Railroad. She is currently serializing Bride of the Water God in the Korean comics magazine Wink.
