Hitoshi Ariga is a Japanese manga artist and character designer who is married to Ayano Koshiro, the younger sister of composer Yuzo Koshiro. He is best recognized for his contributions to the Megaman (Rockman) and Pokémon franchises, where he has worked on manga adaptations, character designs, and game illustrations. Additionally, Ariga was selected to create the manga adaptation of The Big O.
