Chinami Tsuyama is a female original creator hailing from Nagasaki Prefecture, Japan. She made her professional debut in 1994 while still in her third year of junior high school. Her pen name pays homage to Koushi Inaba of the band B'z, who was born in Tsuyama, Okayama Prefecture.
