Hitomi Honda is a Japanese singer, model, brand owner, and actress currently based in South Korea. She is a member of the South Korean group Say My Name and serves as an exclusive model for Titty&co. Her rise to fame began during elementary school when she appeared on Kodomojikan, a local program in her hometown. In 2014, at the age of 12, Honda joined AKB48 Team 8. She later became a member of the Korean-Japanese group IZ*ONE, which was formed through the survival program Produce 48, where she secured ninth place. IZ*ONE officially debuted on October 29, 2018, prompting Honda to take a hiatus from AKB48 promotions. She continued her activities with IZ*ONE from 2018 until 2021. Following the group's disbandment, she returned to Japan to resume her career with AKB48 and launched her own cosmetic brand, NOTONE. Honda made her acting debut with a cameo appearance in the third episode of Octo Kanjou Sousakan Shinno Akari, followed by her first leading role in Hokuo Kojirase Nikki. On May 1, she transferred to AKB48 Team A. She later returned to the acting scene in a supporting role as Enami Misato in The Greatest Teacher. Honda graduated from AKB48 on January 26, 2024. Later that year, on October 16, she debuted as the leader of the South Korean group Say My Name. On July 28, 2025, she made her anime debut in Pochars, where she both voiced the character of Pocha's big sister and performed the ending theme, ShaLaLa, with her group.
