Born in Saitama Prefecture, Japan, Mayu Watanabe is a former seiyuu and entertainer with measurements of B71-W55-H82. She began her career as a member of the idol group AKB48, initially assigned to Team B. During the August 2012 reshuffle, she was transferred to Team A, before returning to Team B in February 2014. Watanabe officially graduated from the group in October 2017. She subsequently retired from the entertainment industry on May 31, 2020.
