Personal Information

Hiroki Endo was born in Akita Prefecture, Japan, under the zodiac sign of Scorpio. Raised in the Tohoku region, he later graduated from Musashino Art University and currently resides and works in Tokyo. Although he initially considered careers as a musician, pilot, or actor, Endo decided to become a mangaka at the age of 24. His career gained significant momentum with his first successful serialized work, the futuristic title Eden, which ran in the magazine Afternoon starting in 1997. In addition to his serialized projects, his short stories have been compiled and published in book format.
