Personal Information
Hiroki Aiba, formerly known by the stage name Hiroki Aiba, was born in Funabashi, Chiba, Japan. A graduate of Funabashi-kita High School, he was born under the Chinese zodiac sign of the Rabbit and wears size 27 cm shoes. His musical tastes include artists such as FLAME, EXILE, aiko, 19, and AAA. While he enjoys monjayaki, yakiniku, sushi, and sweets, he dislikes mushrooms, eggplants, cockroaches, spiders, and perverts. A Japanese actor, dancer, and singer, Aiba is best recognized for portraying Shusuke Fuji in The Prince of Tennis musical series, Tenimyu, and its live film adaptation. He was previously a member of Brights, a disbanded three-man street dancing group alongside Atsushi Koga and Takuya. Both Koga and Takuya later joined Aiba in Tenimyu to play Akutagawa Jirou. The trio originally consisted of four members, but one departed before the group dissolved. Brights ended when Aiba joined Avex, his previous agency, following his victory in the Junon Boy contest. At the time, Aiba was an amateur dancer and has credited Takuya, an experienced dancer, for teaching him essential skills. He is currently a member of the top coat agency.
