Reijou wa Mattari wo Goshomou.
A young office lady in modern Japan once spent her life caught in the endless monotony of her desk job, finding her only comfort in reading web novels. One story in particular drew her attention: it told of Baroness Misano defeating the noblewoman Ronia Gavisera and winning the affections of Ronia's former fiancé, Schneider. After finishing the novel, she found herself wishing for a calmer ending—and that was her final thought before she passed away. In her next life, she is reborn as the very same Ronia she once pitied. This time, however, she decides to avoid the conflict between herself and Misano altogether. But the novel's plot proves unchangeable, and even though she never provokes anything, Ronia is expelled from school, cut off by her family, and her engagement falls apart. Yet this is not Ronia's ruin; it is her path to freedom! Shedding her old life, she opens a café, spending her days relaxing with a warm cup of coffee. Before long, this peaceful existence gains a new charm with the arrival of four beast-kin, a race of human-animal hybrids. While most people shy away from them out of fear, Ronia cannot resist being captivated by their fluffiness!
