In South Korea, where the juvenile justice system has been eliminated and rehabilitation facilities for young offenders have been created, Min-su, falsely charged with murder and sent to one of these centers, comes to understand that it is a nightmare from which ordinary escape is impossible. Min-su's elder brother, Yu-seong, goes undercover as a guard to rescue his brother from peril... An urgent fight for both survival and freedom begins as the two siblings confront their dire situation.
