For ages, the story of the Words Worth tablet has endured. This ancient artifact contains the secrets to the universe's greatest enigmas, but it has been broken into pieces. The constant strife between the Light and Shadow factions, with each side accusing the other of destroying the tablet, has intensified their conflict. Astral, the impulsive heir to the Shadow throne, desires Sharon, who is promised to him as his bride. However, Sharon—a skilled warrior—is drawn to Caesar, the Shadow Tribe's most courageous swordsman. During an attack by the Light Forces, Sharon fights beside Caesar, catching the attention of Sir Fabris, the Light Tribe's commander. Even though he loses the battle, Fabris swears to claim Sharon by any means necessary. Meanwhile, Astral vents his anger on Maria, a captured sorceress from the Light Tribe. As Astral occupies himself with Maria, Sir Fabris readies a major invasion of the Shadow Tribe.
