Kakugo no Susume

In a post-apocalyptic 21st century, siblings Kakugo and Harara are chosen to battle the demons, monsters, and other malevolent creatures that plague the world. Armed with advanced combat skills, special abilities, and powerful Zero armor forged from the spirits of fallen warriors, they fight to defend humanity. Tragedy strikes when Harara falls under the corrupting influence of the Zero armor, leaving Kakugo as the only human left who can stop Harara and the other threats using their own high-tech gear and techniques.

Background

The first six volumes of Kakugo no Susume were published in English as Apocalypse Zero by Media Blasters from March 1, 2005, to October 3, 2006, before the publisher went defunct.
