Yasuo, a recluse, resides in an apartment building where three young schoolgirls also live. He dubs them "F3," an abbreviation for "Flower Three." Apart from daydreaming about them, he spends his time spying on them from his window and documenting their activities. Eventually, he breaks into the girls' changing room at the school pool and plants a covert camera. When he eagerly reviews the recorded material, the footage reveals an unforeseen sight.
