Sekai Chizu no Ma

In a city, a group of men arrives and observes airplanes at an airport. They then board a boat and travel along a river until they reach their target building. Once inside, a man guides them to the "world map room," where they are set to have a meeting, although specifics are not provided. Noticing the books on the shelves, they converse casually. Later, they head to an outdoor courtyard, where their discussion continues. By a pond with a sunken ship, their guide starts explaining its background. The story ends there.
