After his parents' divorce, Ryuusuke Nanri transfers to a new school and is assigned the seat in front of a peculiar girl named Miya Fujimoto. Miya always dresses in Gothic Lolita-style clothing, carries a mysterious book and her cat Judah, and insists she is a witch. From that point on, Ryuusuke becomes the primary subject of her bizarre witch experiments.
