Shoujo Sect centers on a group of girls and the relationships they form at an all-girls high school. Shinobu Handa and Momoko Naitou have known each other since childhood. From the very first time they met, Shinobu developed feelings for Momoko. But once they enter high school, Momoko has no memory of their shared past, while Shinobu holds tightly to her own recollections. Even as they follow different paths, Shinobu continues to hold onto the hope that Momoko will eventually recall the promise they once made.
