Inukami!
いぬかみっ！
Inukami! centers on sacred canine-like beings that form partnerships with human guardians called tamers to fight evil monsters and demons. Kawahira Keita comes from a famous family of Inukami tamers, but he shows no skill for the job and has been rejected by his relatives. His life changes unexpectedly when he encounters Yoko, an Inukami who seems cute, obedient, and elegant. However, after making a contract with Keita, it becomes evident that Yoko is a strongly independent and unmanageable Inukami, unlike any tamer has dealt with before.

Background
The first five volumes of Inukami! were published in English as individual volumes by Seven Seas Entertainment from October 28, 2008 to January 5, 2010. The same publisher also released the series in two omnibus volumes from November 9, 2010 to March 1, 2011.
